Once again the Pro-Tech saved the day. I wanted to try the 36 cm Tectonics Weedeater (usually run the 40 cm Curtis weed fin on the Pro-Tech) - man, that fin works like a dream on that board. Even though I was only planing about 50% of the time - once I caught a gust, the board popped up on a plane and I was able to stay up wind very nicely. Larry & Martha came - Larry rigged a 6.0 and went for a spin. Tom & Pat were there. A handful of Desparatos waiting for some wind. Not much, but better than doing housework. | ||
