Stopped by Oleander Point, but saw one kiter & one windsurfer (who was rolling up his sail)....the wind direction was not good for OP, so I headed to Bird. Very few people sailing, but it was definitely sailable....the 7.0 Retro powered the Seatrend nicely and I had some outstanding rides - and had the whole Laguna Madre to myself most of the time. Started out with a long run to the south. The wind was best south, but then the wind was lousy south and very nice from the WW Palapa to the norht. I found the best rides. Worth the trip to BIB. | ||
