Great bay day, just always fun on the bay. Getting better at being bold on jumps. Mitchell recorded some action, and a few jumps. None of them were as high as they felt, so I look forward to the big jumps some day, the feeling of floating must be amazing. I'm going too upwind and not sheeting in after the ramp, plus I'm unhooking too far before the ramp and disrupting my speed, so I'm not getting that high. All in good time, though, if I was getting any higher, I might be freaking out. I lost the board a couple of times, not good times, and landing on it once, scraping my shin. If I had had my weed/wave 12" fin I'd probably have sliced it pretty good. But all is well. I also saw my choppy-water jibes and see some problems there (I knew there were problems, now I see what they are).

All in all, I'm hyper-critical, but I really did have a fantastic day, from the "fun" perspective. There is just nothing like being out on that mess of chop, small swell and people -- about 30 windsurfers on and off the water. Good times.
