Great day, first at Port A. I stunk as far as windsurfing goes, which seems to be a common theme lately as I challenge myself again post surgery, but it was still fun. There were 20 windsurfers there, and most of them were really good, and fun to watch. I love sailing the beach, it just feels so cool even when you aren't on the water. There is so much room to park and sail.

As I hit the beach more often, I do get better. The main thing right now is my arms tire quickly -- death grip, I guess -- and then I can't hardly do anything else, jibe, jump, whatever. Most jibes need a waterstart and that just tires me out more. Once you are outside the shorebreak, it's very similar to Oleander, and a lot of fun. Even with the smallish waves (which suited me okay for a first time) and the nearly-light wind, it was a good time for everyone.
