I was hoping for big wind like yesterday but it never really panned out. I made a bunch more duck jibes, but none of them were "perfect" -- but I'm still pleased with my progress.

The water is still high enough at Grassy to run a longer fin, but almost too high to get to the launch. Yesterday I parked outside the gate, but today I followed Roy in, watching how he navigated the water so as to not get any on his car.

At first the wind was fairly strong, but I wasn't sure what to rig. Eventually I settled on the 6.6 and that was a good choice because it dropped a lot after I rigged. I still had my rig too flat, though, and I had trouble getting going. I came in an derigged instead of bagging it out and trying again. The forecast is for more wind tomorrow and Sunday.
