The wind was leaving as I was arriving, we nodded at each other as we passed. Got back confidence in push tacks...first time really trying them in fresh water on the 104 liter board as opposed to the 150 liter board. Made most of them. Got a compliment on the push tacks by some new guy who asked if they were helitacks. Made my first sb3 on the 104l in fresh water. Two kiter kooks were trying to learn how to kite amongst the rocks and gusty winds. Overheard by one as he launched the kite for the first time: "What if I get dragged on my face?" | ||
